Work History
Mr. Sandeep Ahuja started his own practice in 1986 in the name of Sandeep Ahuja & Co. at New Delhi. He later introduced CA Surekha as a partner in 1989 and the both of them have been working as partners since then.
1. Acting as Partner-in-charge in conducting of Statutory/ Internal/ Management/ Prospectus Audits of Companies, Firms, Trusts, Societies, Banks, etc. to ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with the Indian GAAS and GAAP.
2. Developing and implementing financial policies, systems and procedures for various clients.
3. Developing and setting up Cost Records, maintenance and audit of Cost records for manufacturing companies.
4. Setting up of Management Information Systems for Clients and Preparation of Project Reports to help secure finance from Banks and Financial Institutions.
5. Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation of the secretarial function of various companies. Incorporation of Private Limited, Public Limited and Section 25 Companies.
6. Handling of direct/indirect taxation of individuals, firms and companies.
7. Involved in giving opinion on complex business issues at the time of set up/during the course of business.

An all-rounder in school, Mr. Sarthak Ahuja completed his schooling from St. Columba's School where he received numerous awards for all-round excellence, including an award for being the Best Student of the Year in 2007.
Having secured an All India Rank 10 in the University of Delhi Business and Financial Studies Entrance Examinations, Mr. Sarthak Ahuja chose to do his Graduation in Finance and Investment Analysis from the prestigious Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. He passed the Intermediate Level examinations of CA, CWA and CS along with his graduation, which he qualified with distinction.
Mr. Sarthak Ahuja is also pursuing Final Levels of Chartered Accountancy and Cost Accountancy.
Having the experience and honour of being an Editor of his school magazine during his time at St. Columba's School, and also the scriptwriter of a street-play that won National Level awards at IIT-Kanpur and IIT-Mumbai, he brought forward his language skills into the Organisation by being the Editor of Auditing, a book by Mr. Sandeep Ahuja and Mrs. Surekha Ahuja.
The winner of an Annual Personality Pageant held at IIM-Ahmedabad and a true go-getter, Mr. Sarthak Ahuja will now be leading our team at our soon to be operational branch office in Gurgaon.
